Storm & Hail Damage Repair
Most hail damage is invisible from the ground. That is the whole problem with it.
North Texas is one of the most hail-struck parts of the country, and hail rarely does the kind of damage people expect. It does not usually put a hole in anything. It bruises the mat under the granules, and the roof quietly loses years of life while looking completely normal from the driveway.
Which is why the honest answer after a big storm is: someone has to get up there and look. If there is nothing, we will tell you there is nothing.

What to know
You cannot see it from the ground
Bruising shows as soft spots where granules have been knocked loose. It takes getting on the roof, and it is why a free inspection after a significant storm is worth the hour.
The claim is most of the work
In this market, large roof jobs run through insurance. Documenting properly and meeting the adjuster on the roof changes outcomes more than anything else we do.
Wind damage is quieter still
Wind breaks the seal between shingle layers and creases them without anything blowing off. The roof looks intact and is no longer sealed, and it shows up as a leak in the next heavy rain.
Be careful who knocks
Out-of-state crews arrive within days of every major storm. Some are fine. Some will be unreachable in three years when a warranty question comes up. We have been at the same Parker County address since 1977.
Common questions
How do I know if I have hail damage?
Usually you cannot tell from the ground, which is the whole problem. A free inspection settles it either way, and if the roof is fine we will say so.
Do you help with the insurance claim?
Yes. We document the damage, provide what the carrier needs, and stay involved through the process rather than handing you a report and leaving you to argue it alone. We will meet the adjuster on the roof if that helps.
I have already had one hail claim. Can I file another?
A new storm is a new claim and prior work does not disqualify you. What matters is documenting the new damage properly.
